This is a short video clip of our friend Rodrigo showing us a little something right after he wrapped up his MMA classes at his church! FIGHT CHURCH board member, Craig Brown and I had the pleasure of observing the classes and helped film a promo video for him. He even allowed me to share a few words with his students at the end of class.
Our plan is to have Rodrigo and other pros give us a little demonstration each week. I am looking forward to learning more about this sport and have a feeling I will be doing a lot of tapping! I even heard that my wife is planning to do some drills and such! So, be sure to check back often… this should be a lot of fun!
It is time to take things to the next level w/ FIGHT CHURCH. We are very happy with what we have been able to accomplish over the last few months but know that there is so much more that could be done.
