This is a short video clip of our friend Rodrigo showing us a little something right after he wrapped up his MMA classes at his church!  FIGHT CHURCH board member, Craig Brown and I had the pleasure of observing the classes and helped film a promo video for him.  He even allowed me to share a few words with his students at the end of class. 

Our plan is to have Rodrigo and other pros give us a little demonstration each week.  I am looking forward to learning more about this sport and have a feeling I will be doing a lot of tapping!  I even heard that my wife is planning to do some drills and such!  So, be sure to check back often… this should be a lot of fun!
